The Michelin Awards were a bit of a whirlwind. Highlights included: throwing a party for our team so they know it’s their work that makes this achievement possible, watching Chef Reggie stand on stage with friends (Chef of also received a Michelin Bib Gourmand), and hearing stories of Chef Reggie meeting chefs we admire.
At the center of it all is our own Chef Reggie Dotson—kind, humble, always leading with empathy, and quick with a word of encouragement. Thank you for being such a thoughtful leader. We love working beside you every day. Please, take a day off! 😜
