Just out here doing some genuine new boot goofin’ at the new Lucky Bastard Custom Boots location. 🤠👢

We caught up with Brian and his four-legged mascot, Lucky, at their storefront in Denver's LoHi neighborhood. A new space, incredible unique boots, and a very good dog deserve a fresh photoshoot to capture the vibe.

We believe the strongest brands are built on trust. Years ago, we had the privilege of branding Friedman PR for Susan Friedman. After she took a hiatus from the industry, we were thrilled when she reached out to us to lead her next chapter: Friedman Publicity.

This project was about more than just a name change. It was about evolving a legacy while keeping the elements that made her stand out.

Susan’s brand has always been anchored by a vibrant lime green. We knew this had to stay. It is energetic and recognizable, so we found new, sophisticated ways to weave it into her imagery and her new digital home.

The most personal part of this journey was the logo. Susan wanted to honor her faithful companion, Youpie, a beloved cat who was by her side for years. We designed a sleek, professional silhouette that serves as a tribute to Youpie while fitting perfectly into the high-end world of hospitality, travel, and luxury branding.

It was an honor to help Susan transition into this new era while keeping a piece of her history at the heart of the brand.

And the winner is...
..maybe not what you expected!

It's rare (though not impossible) that a client picks a first round concept. Typically final logo is a blend of one or more ideas. Those initial designs help the client see the possibilities, and really dials in their final vision.

What do you think? Did the the GS team pick a "winner"?
