is celebrating 10 years of importing incredible Italian wines to the US and I had so much fun tasting wine with them in Denver 🍷I especially loved the  Greppicante Rosso. This Tuscan wine was bold and full-bodied, and I took home a couple bottles to enjoy with a delicious pasta 🍝 If I can’t head to Tuscany this summer, a glass of the rosso on the patio will have to do the trick instead. Thanks for inviting me Ethica, and cheers to 10 years!

Everywhere I ate last week in Colorado Springs and in the mountains! We headed up to the Frisco area to crew some friends who biked the Triple Bypass which is an insane feat and I’m so proud of them!!!
