Kyle Vasey, a fellow Compass agent and member of the Denver real estate community is fighting for his life after being struck by a truck in a hit-and-run while out on a walk in Highlands Ranch.
Kyle has already undergone multiple surgeries and has a long road to recovery ahead.
In the midst of his own fight to recover, Kyle also experienced the heartbreaking loss of his beloved fiancée, who passed away from her injuries that same day. 💔

What a journey this one has been!
🌟I first met my sweet clients, Danah and Jaime, back in 2020 during the crazy COVID real estate market. After losing out on a couple of homes (those were some wild times! 😅), we found the one...this beautiful Parker home in the Clarke Farms neighborhood they absolutely loved. ❤️
🌟Fast forward to 2026, and an amazing job opportunity is taking them to a quaint beach town of Colchester, Vermont.
🌟After a ton of hard work decluttering and packing, staging, a ton of paint updates...thank you, Compass Concierge!! 🎉 their home was ready for new owners. We hit the market just as the spring market seemed to come to a screeching halt. Thankfully, only 10 days on the market, and we were under contract! 🎉
🌟There were a few unexpected bumps in the road, including a last-minute lending issue that arose just five days before closing... over a holiday weekend. (This is why I love my local Lender partners😊) With patience, perseverance, teamwork, and a whole lot of faith, we pivoted, got creative, and made it happen. 🙏✨
🌟Today, I'm feeling all the bittersweet emotions. I'm so excited for their next adventure, but it's hard saying goodbye to clients who have become friends. ❤️
