First featured on Death & Co Denver’s spring/summer 2024 menu, ’s Gordian Knot reimagines the flavors of the beloved Filipino pairing of buko pandan through the lens of a martini.
Coconut and fragrant pandan create a tropical foundation, while Batavia arrack lends earthy depth and subtle funk. Crisp, savory, and elegantly restrained, it’s a cocktail that feels just as at home on a warm summer evening as it does at the bar.

Wishing everyone a beautiful and safe Fourth of July weekend! While Denver’s lobby bar and The Garden will be open normal hours, Death & Co NYC, LA, and D.C. will be closed for the holiday (July 4).
