Across three days in Las Vegas, our team collaborated with Chipotle Mexican Grill and trusted partners to create moments designed to bring people together. From general sessions and regional breakouts to interactive experiences that encouraged connection.

What stood out most wasn’t the scale of the event. It was the shared energy behind it. From producers and creatives to technicians and on-site staff, every person played a role in shaping an environment that felt welcoming, collaborative, and unmistakably Chipotle.

That’s the kind of culture we believe in, one where collaboration behind the scenes creates meaningful moments out front. Thanks to everyone that made this event special!

Beyond happy to wrap up one of our biggest events of the year, and incredibly thankful to the growing partnerships that brought this vision to life. ​

The second we stepped foot into the 55,000-person arena, we knew this one was going to be special for Chipotle Mexican Grill. We kicked things off with a pre-conference day focused on connection that set the atmosphere for the 5,000 attendees who were about to experience three days full of insightful general sessions, awards shows, regional breakouts, and some friendly competition. Every moment was supported by an incredible team working hard to make a large space an opportunity for purposeful connection. ​

We went above and beyond in executing Chipotle’s vision, bringing our A-game and over 350 light fixtures, 70 technicians and staff, 939 tiles of LED, and a grand total of 60,416,256 pixels to support the meaningful topics discussed by our guest speaker and performances by four standout artists.​
​
Looking forward to our next opportunity to work with our amazing partners, 4Wall Entertainment, Fuse Technical Group, Under Control Entertainment, and Stage House, and grateful for the chance to create an event as impactful as this. Can’t wait for next year!​

From transforming client relationships and leading standout budget reviews, to stepping in unexpectedly on a major NSM and owning it from day one, Gineen consistently shows up with expertise, grace, and a "yes, no problem" attitude that defines what it means to Be Unbridled.​

Her team says it best: she's the best manager they've ever had. She mentors with patience, leads with trust, and shows up for the people around her, in the big moments and the hard ones alike.​
