Meet our fearless leader, Briona!

She has been with Deviation Distilling for 3.5 years and has recently taken on the title of General Manager.

Her favorite spirit is the barrel aged spice trade gin because of its balance between the botanicals of the gin and the flavor of the barrel. Her favorite cocktail is off menu but nonetheless a barrel rested gin Sazerac.

If she’s not at the distillery, she’s out in the mountains foraging and exploring the beautiful nature of Colorado. She forages not just for work, but as a personal passion that she can incorporate into all parts of her daily life.
