A true intersection of hoops culture, music, and community, the space featured a dynamic photo-op, a live celebrity-style basketball run, hands-on sneaker design moments, and high-energy performances: the perfect blend of sport, style, and All-Star culture.

As we wrap up the first six months of the year, Motive is closing its doors for a much needed, long holiday weekend. We’re encouraging our teams in Canada and the US to use this time to reflect on our core values both as individuals and a collective, and to take a minute to press pause and practice self care. Every year during Month, Motive and our fellow agencies come together to host Project Pride Festival, an annual meeting that aims to celebrate and amplify the importance of equity and inclusion for our LGBTQIA+ team members and our entire community of partners and allies.
We thank those who offered their time, talents, and perspectives on what it takes to create a workplace culture that values individuality, inclusion, and acceptance.
