Stacey was one of my first clients when I started here at Ulta, and today we did step 2 out of 3 of her dream color. We’re taking it slow because her hair hasn’t taken well to lightener in the past, but in about six weeks time it’ll be exactly how she wants it!

Today I had a 13 year old who wanted to go copper before school picture day. Cool kid, talked to me about horror movies the whole time. When she left she was so giddy, grinning ear to ear and telling her mom, “thanks for letting me get this color, its perfect.” 🥺💜 I had a long day but getting to make someone that happy makes it so worth it.
