Today was a major win for Wichita, Derby, and the future of Kansas aviation.
It was great to welcome Boeing CEO Kelly Ortberg along with U.S. Senators Jerry Moran and Roger Marshall to our district as Boeing announced a $1 billion investment in Kansas operations over the next three years.
This investment strengthens Kansas’ role as the Air Capital of the World, supports high quality jobs, and sends a strong message that our workforce and aviation industry continue to lead the nation.

Over the weekend the Kansas Legislature got a website upgrade, check it out now! They are still working on parts of the website to try and improve overall useability and transparency.
