It’s always satisfying when you hand the keys over to the homeowner for their new in-law apartment. This was a fun but very challenging project. Because of the square footage we were adding we had to increase the square footage on the original house.

It’s always fun when we get to this stage of a build. Seeing all the finishing touches going on just feels satisfying. Tiles done a chunk of the finish plumbing and electrical are complete and while that’s happening we’re working hard on all the trim , finish woodwork, and paint. We even had a pair of doors that were passed down through the homeowner’s family that we refinished. Check back to see the finished product. It never disappoints!

This is really coming together nicely! Both decks are complete! Walls, ceilings, and window trim are painted. Cabinets, tile, interior doors, and elevator are up next!! Check back to see this project completed
