Hive recommended a soft color palette with warm neutral walls that complement the wood floors. Swapping out black hardware for gold is lower contrast and softly reflective, actually helping the space feel subtly larger. Cohesive color inside and out is a great way to set the stage for potential buyers before they ever even walk in. And adding shutters provides big curb appeal and provides better scale for the (new!) windows.
