On May 1st, we were honored to join the Mental Health Awareness Bulldog Mile Walk to kick off mental health awareness month. The walk was created by seniors completing a group project centering on spreading awareness and making a difference. The event started with a purpose and was filled with music, awareness, and connection.
Remember, student champions for mental health have the ability to save lives and encourage hope! Everyone can make a difference!

If you need additional support more quickly, get signed up at TimelyCare via the mobile app or TimelyCare.com/drake to receive support with a licensed professional or self-help resources or a peer community.

There are many reasons Bulldogs may benefit from TimelyCare but the biggest reason is that you don’t have to hold what you’re experiencing alone. Not in the morning nor late at night. It starts with one TalkNow call through the TimelyCare app or weblink.
Your mental health matters wherever you go.
