The Connection Cafe is a free lunch program for the homeless and low income in downtown Des Moines. We serve lunch at Noon every Monday-Friday.

Please join us for the Downtown Way of the Cross today beginning at 1:30 at First United Methodist Church. We will process through the streets of downtown, stopping to reflect on Jesus' Passion and themes of Social Justice.
