Happy Monday!

With it being Administrative Professionals week and nearing graduation time for students - I thought I'd share a little bit about my background/career journey:

I graduated from Iowa State University in May 2019 as a double major in Management and Marketing with the end career goal of being apart of HR - no specific company or industry in mind, just wanted to be apart of HR.

Why? I always wanted to be the motivating reason or help cultivate a work environment that enticed employees to want to show up.

After graduation, I submitted 50+ job applications as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, Administrative Assistant - just any position that would give me the administrative experience to work my way into a HR role.

Fast forward to July 29, 2021: I accepted an offer with Robert Half as a Talent Manager and it has been the best career decision I have yet made. Since my time here, I have helped candidates with differing backgrounds and in various stages of their job search find a job opportunity that they've excelled in.
