This was one our our biggest renovations yet as there was extensive repairs and cleanup needed on both the exterior and interior. Here are a few before and after. We address any single issue we encounter to make our homes not only beautiful but safe. That means replacing the roof, siding, gutters and replacing any wood that may rotted due to past due maintenance. After cleaning up the visible debris in the yards we discovered layers of pavers, 2-3 deep, lining the entire yard. Now there will be a beautiful grassy yard and plenty of places to add flowers and plants.

A little background on Heidi. We purchased her in June and the first thing to tackle was the overgrown landscaping. Jerry Robinson spent several weeks cutting down and cutting back tree limbs that were covering the house, sidewalk or that had just taken over the yard.

While demo and rough in plumbing and electrical was being done inside, we painted the exterior and added cedar accent siding to the front of the house, some cedar accents to the side entrance, and a new cedar deck and privacy wall on the back. We may be biased, but we think the team knocked it out of the park!
