Good morning Animals Inc. Crew!!!
I just wanted to touch base about No-Shows, late cancellations and tardiness.
As a person and a mom- I understand unexpected life stuff comes up. I try to be as accommodating as possible but recently have had a lot of people showing up late or forgetting about the appointment and asking if they can still come in. Or just plain not showing up. We are time based. And we have a long wait list. If you do not show up at the correct time, it pushes back all of our next appointments of the day. Also takes away from us being able to call someone off our cancelation list. Furthermore if you do not show up to an appointment it impacts myself, my business, and my employee. We send out reminder text a week before appointments, 3 days before, and the day before. There is not much more i can do. With this being said we are changing our no show policy to 100% of your grooming price. We are also changing our late fee to $1 per. Min. after scheduled grooming time. I don’t do this lightly. Like I said I am very understanding of situations but this has now affected my income. I love each and every one of you and try to accommodate in every which way I can. I will be sending out a new waiver that needs to be signed and sent back by your next appointment. Thank you so much for understanding
