Join us for a special Open Gym featuring Yogini Krystal, a Rage Yoga Certified instructor who believes yoga isn't about touching your toes, looking a certain way, or taking yourself too seriously.

This is an 18+, beginner-friendly class focused on building strength, mobility, resilience, and confidence in the body you have today. No experience required, and perfection definitely isn't expected.

Whether you're looking to de-stress, move your body, or just spend an hour with great people in a welcoming space, we'd love to have you there.

🔴 Pride Sports League Summer Kickball is back! 🔴

Whether you're a longtime kickball champion, haven't played since middle school gym class, or just want an excuse to spend Wednesday nights with great people, this league is for you.

✨ New to kickball? Join our FREE Kickball 101 Clinic on July 1 and learn the basics before the season begins. We'll cover the fundamentals and finish with scrimmage play.

🏆 Our goal is to offer both Recreational and Competitive divisions this season if we reach enough teams, so invite your friends and help us get there!

A fast-paced mini-game inspired by Survivor featuring tribe challenges, hidden advantages, fire tokens, and Final Tribal Council chaos.

No eliminations. No Survivor knowledge required. Just show up ready to compete, strategize, and cause a little nonsense.
