Thank you to TCI for investing in the future of Central Iowa families through a $150,000 grant from the Strengthening Families and Communities program.

This funding will support a trauma-informed Rooted job coach who will provide holistic workforce training and individualized coaching to women and their children. By helping participants overcome barriers to employment and education, this investment will create greater opportunities for economic stability, improved well-being, and long-term success for families across our community.

We are grateful for TCI's partnership and commitment to strengthening pathways to meaningful employment and brighter futures.
