Be careful who you let clean your sewer. These were roots out of two houses recently in Kirkwood where other recommended companies had gone before us. Looks like someone wasn’t doing their job correctly.

Spring is here folks. Get those preventative maintenance cleanings scheduled before those roots get you.

Anyone who experiences a sewer backup especially if it’s caused by an MSD backup please do not attempt to clean the mess up inside your home. Call a professional cleaning company or restoration company. They have the proper equipment and chemicals to properly sanitize the areas affected by the backup. This is more important now then ever since Covid is excreted in bodily fluids (urinal/fecal matter). Stay safe everyone.

Spring is around the corner and many of you will be looking to purchase a new home. Please be very careful who you have perform your sewer inspection. Don’t always go off the advice of your realtor or home inspector just because it’s easier. Just watched another video done by a competitor who missed many things on a home my sons friend just bought. Closed on the house and now who is responsible for the repairs???
