Typically, working with an older building can create unforeseen roadblocks, and our architectural project with the Harbor Grand Hotel had even more obstacles than normal. The original structure was struck by lightning in 2019! As a result, the entire building needed to be gutted due to water damage. Working with interior design firm Curioso all areas of the hotel needed to be remodeled, including the exterior.
