Thoughts after floating…💭 Noticed that the feminine within was out of tune and allowing emotions to pull too quickly without taking pause to see what’s connected at the root source of those feelings. Notice that tension was being held in the neck due to holding onto a made up scenario about an other … released the story … tension gone 🙂
