Last week, I had the opportunity to share a story I've never been more passionate about. Not because it's a weight loss story. Because it's a story about keeping promises to yourself.

In this talk, I shared how I went from constantly saying "I don't have time" to realizing that wasn't the real problem at all. I was running multiple businesses, raising a family, leading a growing team, and carrying every excuse available to put myself last.

The truth? I needed to change. ✨ Everything. ✨

✅ You do not need to feel ready.
✅ You just need to start.

For me, that looked like re-downloading a running app and going for a walk that same morning. That's it.

No dramatic transformation.
No overnight success.
Just ONE decision repeated over and over again.

If there was one message I hoped everyone left with, it's this: If you don't know where to start, go for a walk and get the sun on your face. The rest can come later.
