Concerned with this stomach thing going around? We triple wash our Whole Romaine, and we use Spring Greens (not Mezclun Mix). We wash (and peel) all our veggies. But if you're taking a backseat to fresh veggies right now, our SOUPS are the way to go!! The CDC recommends cooking veggies past 160 degrees. Our soups are prepared at 212 degrees. Whatever your choice, know that we are taking all the steps to try and ensure your safety.
