Juneteenth is a powerful reminder of freedom, resilience, progress, and the ongoing work of equity in our communities and workplaces.

At Inforum, we recognize that progress has not been experienced equally, and that Black women continue to navigate both barriers and breakthroughs in leadership spaces. And yet, they continue to lead, innovate, mentor, and create opportunity for others every day.

Today is an opportunity to reflect on that resilience, honor the impact of Black leaders, and recommit to building workplaces and communities where opportunity, visibility, and advancement are accessible to all.

Change is inevitable, but resilience is a skill we can strengthen.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Staying Resilient in Times of Change with Kelly Conway and Lisa Pearson for our HealthcareNEXT event this morning at Corewell Health!

Through the 3 C's of Resilience and insights from the PVA (Pondera Virtual Advisor) assessment, attendees gained a deeper understanding of their leadership styles, how they respond under pressure, and practical strategies for navigating change with confidence.

A highlight of the session was hearing Lisa's personal leadership journey and the real-world lessons she shared on building trust, accountability, and resilience during times of uncertainty.
