Joe Simonson is obsessed with ramen.

Like, properly obsessed. The kind of obsession that has him tweaking broths for hours when most people are asleep. Now he’s bringing that obsession to Marrow in West Village.

Every Sunday this winter, Joe’s taking over a corner of our Kercheval kitchen to serve up his “Serious Chicken” ramen, a rich paitan-style broth with all the fixings. Plus, keep an eye out for weekly specials.

No tickets needed. Reservations are recommended, walk-ins are always welcome.
