I didn’t even realize it until I looked back at all the content 🤧

Honestly though, I think that speaks to my desire to serve first when entering spaces.

Prioritizing service over optics…
IMPACT over what it “looks like”…

This can be a delicate balancing act as a creator + storyteller…especially when more often than not, the resources only really become available when people can SEE the work you’re doing.

So yeah… sometimes you gotta take a flick 💁🏾‍♂️

But prioritizing GENUINE relationship building and being someone people know they can call and depend on to create a REAL + AUTHENTIC space to explore mindfulness (or whatever else I’m contributing) — has always been, and will remain, the priority.

I wanted to amplify Damar’s cause ( check out ) and honor the fans who came in that room specifically to see him.

People showed up to see Damar Hamlin

And because bro is using his influence to bring people closer to themselves, people left with a deeper understanding of what it is to be PRESENT in their lives…even if just for 5 mins at the

I’ve got a feeling that there’s more work to be done together 🙂‍↕️
