One of the main reasons I got into real estate was to help people who look like me get through the home selling and buying process. For years growing up you’d hear stories about how Black people were discriminated against and the type of wealth created from owning property that we weren’t apart of.

This client reached out to me whose mother tried selling a property to a Black woman back in 1965. The homeowners association sent her this letter as a response to her request to sell the property.

Stay with me for a minute now fast forward to 2024 and this guy is asking me for help to sell this property they still owned from back then. This same homeowner association is using a loop hole still preventing the property from being sold to people they don’t want in their community in 2024!!!

What do you do when you know you’re playing a rigged game?

Market conditions are causing a lot of real estate agents to leave the industry in 2023.

One thing about me is I get paid to sell houses not fantasies. The real estate market has been shifted unfortunately not everyone is ready to accept it but you need someone who’s gonna tell you the truth.
