✈️ Happy National Paper Airplane Day!

At our annual STEM Day this month, students put their engineering and problem-solving skills to work by designing and testing paper airplanes in our Aerodynamics of Flight workshop. Small folds, big lessons, exploring aerodynamics, lift, drag, and how design impacts performance. Thank you for hosting this workshop at our STEM Day!

Last week, our Executive Director, Michelle Reaves spoke at the XPONENTIAL Conference, where leaders, innovators, and change-makers come together to shape the future of autonomy and robotics.

She discussed how DAPCEP has been building STEM pathways for students for over 50 years and how our programs have expanded to include coding, AI, aerospace, and more. She also shared insights into the process of designing impactful programs that prepare students for future careers in STEM.
