My purpose for the event is to shine light on the importance of mental health. Majority doesn’t understand how vital it is and tends to look at mental health as if it’s a problem when in reality proper care can prevent certain issues. But, even when those problems occur it shouldn't be deemed as something diabolical. There is help and isn’t too late to take proper care of yourself.

You’d be surprised how many of us surpresses issues that intertwine with our daily functions. Self awareness and Self healing is essential. It shouldn’t be overlooked and we should feel comfortable with having an outlet.
