It's been a while since I posted, and I wanted to give an update on things. My posting is going to be sporadic for the foreseeable future as I work on several projects and deal with work-life balance. Since writing is a stress relief for me, I don't want it to turn into a burden as I was feeling it was beginning to. Now, a tease of what I have been working on🙂

Cleaning up a bunch of old written drafts and short stories there was one that was absolutely amazing to me that I wrote in Middle school (even before the Lily Black Saga). The detail that I put into this six page beginning was captivating and drawing me into this world even having given it a title which is the hardest thing for me...and then I stopped writing with a handful of plot points jotted down below. So...I have been fleshing it out and rewriting some parts to align better to what the story is now becoming. That being said, this story is going to be LONG. It will take me time to write it, and even more to edit it. So stay turned for updates and as it gets closer to completion I'll share some more teases...

So I have been spending time over the last month taking a break from writing Lily's story since I realized I was beginning to get burned out with my writing and with personal life stuff. I don't want to force myself into being burned out by writing, so I am elongating my timelines for the Saga and other works. I think it's what's best for her story.

In addition, I have been reworking a work in progress draft of another story that I have been enjoying reading through and I may have outlined it for a massive novel (I know, I can't help myself!) So I will be working on that one for the foreseeable future!

Been enjoying the spring weather this afternoon. Hopefully spring is here to stay now🤞
