There’s a weird thing about restaurants.

Guests experience a meal for an hour or two, but what makes that experience happen starts long before the doors open and continues long after they close.

It’s the prep cooks, dishwashers, bartenders, servers, hosts, food runners, and everyone in between. It’s dozens of small acts of care happening all day long.

A place like Boardable is never one person.

It’s a collection of people bringing their personalities, talents, patience, and heart into the building every single day.

And while we’re proud of the food, the drinks, and the atmosphere, what we’re most proud of is the team behind it all.

Not because they’re perfect. Not because every day is easy. But because they care—about each other, about our guests, and about creating a place where people feel welcome.

At the end of the day, Boardable has never really been about charcuterie boards, cocktails, or sandwiches.

It’s always been about people.

And we’re pretty grateful for ours. ❤️
