Your new favorite breakfast sandwiches!! Using these savory pancakes as the bread really levels them up plus it’s an easy way to add in more greens! Also it’s just more fun using a flavorful green pancake to make a sandwich 😄👉 to a blender add: Large handful spinach, Large handful roughly chopped herbs, I used parsley & cilantro, 1.5 cup rolled oats, or used oat flour, 1 egg, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt & garlic powder or your fav spices— blend until smooth and pour into rounds in well heated and oiled pan.— These keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days or you can freeze them! I used cheese, bacon, a fried egg and sprouts to make my breakfast sandwich but use what you like best! I’ve also used avocado, arugula, or even just eating them with hot sauce on their own!
