Effort Is Rewarded Training
Former NFL player, exceptional trainer, and youth mentor, specializing in personal training.
If you have questions, I have answers.
Nutrition? Ask.
Exercise technique? Ask.
Mental toughness? Ask.
Athletic development? Ask.
I’ve always told my clients and athletes, don’t ever be afraid to ask me anything in the gym. That’s what a coach is supposed to do. My job isn’t just to count reps—it’s to educate, correct, and help you understand the “why” behind the work.
Experience has put me in a position where I can help people avoid mistakes and get results the right way. If there was a training facility oversight board for exercise ex*****on and coaching standards, I’d have a seat at the table.
Today’s video is Miss Ebony putting in work with a complex posterior chain movement. Glutes, hamstrings, lower back, core, stability, coordination—all working together. It’s not about doing flashy exercises. It’s about mastering movement patterns that build strength for life.
Knowledge + Ex*****on + Consistency = Results.
Ask questions. Learn the craft. Put in the work.
“Never let the rookie take your spot!” 😂💪
Mom and daughter went head-to-head today, and neither one was giving an inch. The competition was real, the work was real, and the laughs were real.
Iron sharpens iron—even when it’s family.
He told me he was ready to step into the fire and learn how to make it out.
So I’m turning up the heat. 🔥
You can’t tell somebody like me you want to compete at a high level and then expect beginner-level expectations. Champions are forged under pressure. The weight gets heavier. The standards get higher. The excuses disappear.
You asked for the fire. Now let’s see what you’re made of.
Effort Is Rewarded.
Mom vs. Daughter in the gym today. 💪😂
I had to remind Lee:
“Never let a freshman take your spot!”
The competition was real, the laughs were loud, and the work got done. Iron sharpens iron—even when it’s family.
Effort Is Rewarded. 🔥🏆
Continued coaching. Constant corrections. Real-time instruction.
That’s how I teach.
I don’t just count reps and stand around. I explain the details, the angles, the ex*****on, the tempo, the purpose behind every movement.
That’s how clients actually learn.
That’s how confidence gets built.
That’s how results become repeatable.
Anybody can make you sweat.
Not everybody can teach you WHY you’re doing what you’re doing while pushing you through it.
Effort is Rewarded.
Everybody says “there’s levels to this.”
So I ask my clients and athletes…
What levels are you really talking about?
Because if your trainer can’t take you there…
If they can’t teach you discipline…
If they can’t rebuild your body, mindset, movement, and confidence for the long run…
Then what are we really doing?
Anybody can make you tired.
Anybody can make you sweat.
But can they actually develop you?
I believe I can take people to another level.
Not with gimmicks.
Not with smoke and mirrors.
With structure. Accountability. Ex*****on. Consistency.
You bring me consistency…
I’ll bring you results.
Effort is Rewarded.
Soccer players don’t just need speed… they need CONTROL. Footwork development builds balance, coordination, reaction time, agility, and confidence under pressure. The ladder is more than fast feet — it’s teaching the body how to move efficiently and react without panic. Build the foundation first. ⚽️🔥
