In my life, I have face hell and I have to face darkness but what kept me going was the life and light of our Father who is creation. I couldn’t think of my life without him or how I would be able to live. I have been pushed to a serious point in my life such as starvation, homelessness, abuse, abandonment and so much more. Looking back it’s a miracle how I overcome these trials. I thank our creator every day for giving me the will to push forward and showing me the truth about creation.

I’m writing today lesson to help anyone out there whom may be suffering or going through something right now. I want to let you know that you are not alone. I want you to know that you have someone who cares about you even if you feel you have no one. Sometimes darkness can cloud our head and press us down to the flood with depression, humiliation, violent, belittling and making us simply feel worthless.

I’m here telling you that you are not worthless. You shouldn’t be depressed. Don’t let humiliation or belittling define who you are because you are creation. You have a power inside you that is stronger than anything that we humans have ever created. You have the will of creation and the strength of life.

If there is someone who is hurting you or trying to bring you into darkness, then stand up and roar! Don’t hide your tears or that anger of injustice inside you be suppressed. Show them your tears and pain by releasing a roar like a lion or lioness.

Never hide who you are because you are a gift to this world. You are a child of life and light. You are a warrior, knight, bard, hunter, paladin of the impossible. No matter what darkness throws at you. You shall overcome and defeat the impossible. Embrace the power of creation that was instilled in you at birth.

When I face hard times, I always tell myself my motto which is *Never give up and Never surrender because in the end, it will be worth it!*. Never let your light die because it’s a gift that was given to you by creation just as you are a gift to this world.

May your will and spirit always shine like a roaring flame.

( Lesson 3 - Life part 2)

Our last lesson we left off with introduction into different groups of energies such as electrons and protons. Now that we have a basic understanding of energy, The next step is into organic compounds such as carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen and amino acids. All of these materials are the building blocks to form living organism.

Starting with the element carbon which has an atomic number of 6 ( 6 protons/ 6 electron). This is a prefect balance with both type of energies. Carbon is one of most abundant element in all life forms that is known today. Its also one of the element that give the most to others elements. Carbon form bridges to make bonds with other elements to create organic compounds such as amino acids, vitamins, and minerals.

Now Carbon couldn't do all these achievements without another element that is also vastly present in our world which is hydrogen. Many of you may already known hydrogen because of water. Water is H2O ( two hydrogen and one oxygen). Hydrogen which has a atomic number 1 ( 1 proton and 1 electron) major partner is not Oxygen but it is Carbon. Together they create carbohydrate which is more present in the world than water (H2O).

One of the most abundant source of carbohydrates is glucose (sweet sugar). Yes, there is more glucose in this world than there is of water. The very dirt you stand on and the blood that pumps in each human has glucose. Human fetus in their first term live in a pool of water mix with glucose and nutrition call the amniotic fluid.

To get even more deeper into the important of carbon and hydrogen bond. We can look at the male human s***m which is made of glucose and other nutrition that mostly depend of carbohydrates. To think that life comes from energy to form itself into glucose is truly a magical thing to beholded.

Our next lesson we will go into details on nitrogen, oxygen, and amino acids.
