Researchers at the UMass Donahue Institute (UMDI) are interested in learning more about Boston small business owners’ commercial property needs.

UMDI is partnering with the City of Boston to help understand what types of properties (located in Boston) businesses are looking for, how prepared they are to purchase property, and what barriers they face. We need your help to answer these questions.

Please complete the survey. It takes 10 minutes or less and at the end you’ll have the opportunity to book a meeting with someone from the City of Boston who can help you understand City programs to support small businesses looking to purchase property.
