So apparently spring is here. 62 degrees and sunny in March is pretty nice. I would like to thank everyone that has followed our page. We are closing in on 150 followers. Unfortunately the warm wheather is not going to make these 2 new units show up any faster but fingers crossed. On that note anyone that is looking to live in a brand new 3 bed 2 bath home in town dover foxcroft on a very quiet dead end street we would like to hear from you. These are non smoking/no pets homes. We don't have a standard application we just ask that applicants tell us what they think we should know about them,provide us with past land lord and employer refrences and income verification. We are going to be accepting applications and will start reviewing and checking refrences soon on a first come first serve basis. We will post on this page when we have signed leases on both units that have a delivery date in June. Pic is not of actual home but new units will be identical
