Waking up well before work to give yourself plenty of time to ease into the day. Take a moment before getting out of bed to stretch, pray or meditate. Don't reach for your phone as soon as you wake up. Give yourself 30 minutes before checking messages or scrolling. Put on your favorite music and enjoy your morning coffee, tea or smoothie.
