First State Signs & Graphics

Eastern Shore Signs & Graphics is looking for a creative and reliable team member to join our shop! This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who enjoys design and wants to grow in the sign/graphics industry.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with graphic design (basic layout, proofs, simple edits)
• Preparing artwork for signs, prints, and wraps
• Answering phones and assisting customers
• Minor vinyl work and basic production tasks
• Helping maintain an organized and efficient shop

Requirements:
• Familiarity (not expert-level) with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or CorelDRAW
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

No sign shop experience? No problem — we’ll train the right person.
