This is an opportunity to slow down and direct our attention inward, away from the demands of the outside world, and honor the light within.

Katie felt like her "cup was being filled with laughter" during her pre-attunement Reiki session, so much so that she wanted to laugh out loud! Her attunement to Reiki I brought up a connection to water and ocean energies (claaaaaassic Reiki) so we pulled a card from this sweet and joyful oracle deck at the end.
