We received CE mark and approval to sell our mitral valve (one of the 4 valves in your heart) repair device in Europe effective April 1, 2021 to May 27, 2024. Phoenix Cardiac (my client of 12+ years) is likely the first company and only company in the world to achieve a CE mark for a Class III medical device as a virtual company. I acted as VP of Engineering for Phoenix. We did all the engineering work on the device including testing, validation, verification, and some limited manufacturing.
