Making your own Soy Milk! 1/2 Cup Raw Soy Beans, Soak overnight, pour off water, repeat! place Soy Beans into blender, double the amount of water, 1/2 hot water half cold or room temp. blend until fine, strain through Cheesecloth, then simmer for 25 mins. Low on stove! sweeten if desired add flavors as desired.The Soy milk tastes best 2 days after being refridgerated! If its too thick just add more water before drinking, its that simple

from the garden, its ok to eat then uncooked! Or to just add to a salad, or
add after the meal is cooked!
