π₯ CAMPFIRE CHEESY HAMBURGER HASH π₯
Nothing says camping like a hot skillet meal over the fire! ποΈ This hearty campfire hash is packed with crispy potatoes, seasoned beef, melty cheddar cheese, and smoky flavor β perfect after a long day outdoors.
π§ Ingredients:
β’ 1 lb ground beef
β’ 3 potatoes, diced
β’ 1 bell pepper, diced
β’ 1 small onion, diced
β’ 2 cloves garlic, minced
β’ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
β’ Butter or olive oil
β’ Salt, pepper & smoked paprika to taste
π₯ Directions:
1. Heat a cast iron skillet over the campfire.
2. Cook onions and garlic in butter/oil until soft.
3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
4. Stir in potatoes, peppers, and seasonings.
5. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
6. Top with cheddar cheese and let melt.
7. Serve hot around the fire!
ποΈ Campfire Tip:
Cover the skillet with foil or a lid to help the potatoes cook evenly and keep all that cheesy goodness melted perfectly.
