Happy Anniversary Cezca Airoso! 🎉

Please join me in celebrating Cezca’s First Mivation Anniversary!!

Two words come to mind when thinking about Cezca’s efforts in her first year: “CRUSHING IT!” She has been very impactful, completing a wide variety of tasks in operations. It’s awesome to work with Cezca, because when a task is assigned to her, it’s as good as done! She has an admirable amount of integrity, and strong leadership skills. When you’re working on a project with her, you know what you’re doing and you know what everyone else is doing, because Cezca has already taken the initiative to write a plan and communicate it to all of the stakeholders!
Mivation benefits from her involvement, she really dove in, integrated herself with both the Tech Support and Xcelerator teams, then went to work making sure they had what they needed!

She has been contributing on Social Media management, and as a result, our online engagement is increasing! She has also put in many hours helping the teams implement and maximize their use of Zendesk. She’s been very accommodating, often taking the time to explain things and help them make sense. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and it’s really motivating to feel that energy on the projects that Cez contributes to.

Nice job on a really productive first year Cez, way to go!!
