A little late with this post, but I wanted to share a few moments from this past weekend because they perfectly capture what our gym is all about.

It’s about becoming the best and healthiest version of ourselves, inside and outside the gym.

It’s about supporting one another, giving back to our community, and creating opportunities for people to step outside their comfort zones.

Most of all, it’s about challenging ourselves and watching ordinary people do extraordinary things.

On Friday, we showed up to support a local 5K, and I had the privilege of watching so many of our members cross the finish line of their very first race. Seeing the smiles, the nerves, the excitement, and the pride made every step worth it.

Then the very next morning, we laced up our shoes again to wrap up our 6-week walking challenge with our annual wilderness hike. This year, a group of us took on 12 miles together.

What I love most isn’t just the miles we cover, it’s who we become along the way.

Watching people push past doubt, encourage one another, and accomplish things they once thought were impossible is why I do what I do. Hard challenges have a way of bringing people together, and they’re always a little easier when you have a community beside you believing in you every step of the way.

I’m incredibly grateful for this gym family and the memories we’re building together. Here’s to many more finish lines, early mornings, and adventures ahead.

Champion of the Month

“She didn’t deserve this award.”

At least that’s what Becky told me as she started tearing up when I surprised her with it.

Seven months ago, Becky walked through our doors looking for direction. She was navigating changes in her health, hormones, confidence, and energy, and wasn’t sure if she belonged in a gym environment.

But she kept showing up.

She didn’t let finances stop her. She didn’t let a busy schedule stop her. She didn’t let injuries, limitations, or self-doubt stop her.

She simply kept showing up for herself.

Champion of the Month isn’t about being the strongest person in the room. It’s about becoming a stronger version of yourself. It’s about having the courage to start and the commitment to keep going when it’s hard.

Over the last seven months, Becky has become stronger physically, more confident mentally, and has proven to herself that she is capable of far more than she once believed.

When Becky said she didn’t deserve this award, I had to remind her how far she’s come.

Because if Becky doesn’t deserve this award, then I don’t know who does.

Congratulations, Becky! We are incredibly proud of you.

Champion of the Month – Rachel

If you know Rachel—or have ever worked out alongside her—you already know what she’s about.

She shows up. She puts in the work. And she brings people up with her.

Rachel doesn’t just push herself… she lifts and motivates everyone around her. She genuinely wants to see others win, and that’s something you can’t teach.

Her journey is powerful—overcoming significant weight loss and knee pain, and turning it into strength, confidence, and consistency.

Then she took it to another level.

She completed our 50 Strong Challenge with zero setbacks… and didn’t stop there. She went another 25 days straight, just to push herself even further before heading out on a week-long hiking adventure in Utah.

That’s discipline.
That’s grit.
That’s who she is.

She continues to crush every goal I put in front of her, and I couldn’t be more proud.

Rachel is a true inspiration and 100% deserving of Champion of the Month.
