Celebrate America's 250th Anniversary in partnership with the Delaware Volunteer Firefighters' Association with fireworks this Saturday, May 30th, at Legislative Mall from 5-9pm! There will be food trucks, an antique fire display, a memorial service, a flyover of military aircraft from Dover AFB, and fireworks 🎆 (the fireworks pictured are from Dover Days 📷)

Central Delaware is home to Dover Air Force Base, where many of our fallen troops are taken for a dignified transfer before being sent home to their families and laid to rest. Today, we honor and thank those who have given their lives for our freedom. This overpass mural, located across from Dover AFB, serves as a constant reminder to honor them, not just today, but every day. All Gave Some... Some Gave All.

Race Weekend at Dover Motor Speedway is underway 🏎️ Just a reminder that the Fan Zone is free to attend, and Miles Beach is back and even bigger this year! 600 tons of sand with live sea lions, a sting ray experience, bumper cars, sand sculptures, live music all day, and so much more 🤩 Tickets are still available for the races all weekend long, and don't forget to say hi to us at The Explorer, located in the Fan Zone for more visitor information!
