We are looking for a highly adaptable Sales Team Leader who can manage a global team across different markets, time zones, and performance levels.
🔹 Commission-only role (~$15,000 first year + bonuses)

Requirements:
✔ C2 English proficiency
✔ 3+ years in sales
✔ 1+ year managing teams
✔ Tourism/OTA experience is a strong plus

You’d think people who work in travel know all the tricks, right?
Well… sometimes even we get surprised! 😅
Yesterday, our Opatrip.com team Monika and Elena, headed to World Travel Market - WTM London.
Monika was flying from Cyprus to London with Wizz Air. She checked in and arrived on time, boarding pass in hand… and then — “Sorry, no seats left for you, Monika.” The flight was overbooked. No rerouting, no assistance.
We had to buy a new flight, 3x more expensive, to make it in time.
She landed in London just a few hours before the exhibition, and still showed up smiling, energized, and ready to represent Opatrip.com like a pro. 💪✨
