The Beginning After: Loop Roots Foundation
Starting over after release from jail can be one of the hardest transitions a person faces. Many people return home with hope but quickly run into barriers like finding stable housing, getting a job with a record, rebuilding family relationships, and managing stress without strong support systems. Even simple things—transportation, identification documents, or access to services—can slow progress. The first weeks and months are especially critical. With guidance, community support, and opportunities to rebuild confidence, that early period can become the foundation for stability instead of another setback.
