RWE Design Build is growing, and we’re seeking a Service Manager to lead our Tampa, Florida Service Department. This role blends leadership, operations, and hands-on service work—perfect for someone who thrives in the field and behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities include:
✔ Managing service schedules, jobs, and technicians
✔ Improving service processes for efficiency and quality
✔ Developing service proposals and client solutions
✔ Supporting and assisting technicians on complex jobs
✔ Maintaining safety and quality standards on every site

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience managing a team (2+ employees)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Commercial construction knowledge
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
