Kris the neighbor says she comes out whenever someone comes to buy a dog or drops a dog off for training/dog sitter and tells them he beats dog!!!
Kris, the smell in the back garage is awful!! Please there has to be a welfare check at this place! There dogs and cats back there! Maybe not alive?? IT SMELLS SO BAD!
Neighbor said that he beats the dogs and sells them. They have called Animal Control tons of times but they are not helping!!
He has them in the garage...tons of dogs...he’s breeding also!!! Neighbor says there are 20 dogs in the garage. In his condo, there are huge crates. WE HEARD BARKING IN HIS CONDO AND THE SMELL IS COMING THROUGH THE DOOR!!
Water is leaking in the garage with all the animals in it!! WTF??? I saw little feet. The neighbor said that his mom is Leah Katz, she’s a mortgage broker (818) 633-0902 and his father is Caroll Rabinowitz of Tarzana. Also, Kris check condo 7 also because I
heard a lot of dogs barking and a man screaming at them. I could hear it in the hallway.

Meet Kiara (“Kiki”)! 🤍🐺
Kiki is one of the Pico Rivera 15, a family of 15 white Huskies rescued by The Canine Condition from a property where they were left to endlessly breed.
This sweet, goofy girl loves every dog she meets and would thrive in a home with another playful pup to help show her the ropes. She’s a little shy at first with new people, but warms up quickly and has the sweetest heart.
Kiki is crate trained, potty trained, spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and ready for her people. Her home. Her family.
